{"id":1380,"date":"2017-12-18T18:21:43","date_gmt":"2017-12-18T14:21:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/studios.aalto.fi\/?p=1380"},"modified":"2019-02-05T13:26:31","modified_gmt":"2019-02-05T11:26:31","slug":"vr-and-ar-developers-share-experiences-at-aalto-studios-over-breakfast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/studios.aalto.fi\/fi\/vr-and-ar-developers-share-experiences-at-aalto-studios-over-breakfast\/","title":{"rendered":"VR and AR developers share experiences at Aalto Studios over breakfast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last Friday, more than 70 researchers, artists, practitioners, and students interested in virtual and augmented realities joined us and the <a href=\"http:\/\/digi.aalto.fi\/en\/\">Aalto Digi Platform<\/a> for a morning of presentations,\u00a0discussions, demos and breakfast at Otakaari 7.<\/p>\n<p>After an introduction from professor\u00a0<strong>Jaakko Lehtinen<\/strong>,the morning began with <strong>Vinh Truong<\/strong> of 3D software organization <a href=\"https:\/\/umbra3d.com\">Umbra<\/a>, and continued with\u00a0<strong>Jukka Huiskonen<\/strong>, of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fake.fi\">Fake Graphics<\/a>. The two speakers\u00a0gave the gathered attendees a peek into what particular AR\/VR area they&#8217;re tackling at the moment.
