In the first event of the MAGICS Talks<\/strong> series in 2025, we\u2019ll be delving into digitally augmented clothing with Professor Yu Xiao<\/strong>, who is leading the Wearable Systems Lab at Aalto University: How garments can transform into interactive, data-rich experiences capable of monitoring our well-being<\/strong>. First, director Marcus Korhonen <\/strong>from Aalto Studios will introduce MAGICS. <\/strong>The presenter of the event is journalist Sonia Zaki<\/strong>, Uusi Juttu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>MAGICS<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

MAGICS<\/strong> is the national infrastructure for human in the digital world, and a community built around six academic nodes across Finland: Aalto University, Tampere University, Uniarts, University of Lapland, Turku University of Applied Sciences, and University of Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event is the first in series of Talks organised at each MAGICS node this year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
