<\/span>AV Assistant for Aalto Studios<\/span><\/h3>\n

We are looking to hire a responsible and active person to take care of AV-equipment and facilities at Aalto Studios.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aalto Studios maintains AV-studios and develops research and education is the field of media. We organize events, produce AV-services and is active in the international community of AV-professionals.<\/p>\n

AV-assistant\u2019s tasks will include AV-equipment maintenance, customer assistance in renting and using the equipment, equipment storage maintenance, video and still image photography and a variety of other tasks. The employee will interact with students and staff daily. Due to our international environment, fluency in written and spoken English is a necessity. <\/span><\/p>\n

Requirements: <\/span><\/p>\n

  • Friendly customer service attitude<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Punctuality and flexibility<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Self-motivation<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Good knowledge on AV equipment<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Fluency in spoken and written English<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Good IT skills<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Driver\u2019s licence (B)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We view education (AMK or equivalent) and reasonable housing expenses of an applicant as advantages.<\/span><\/p>\n

    <\/span>Fab Lab Assistant<\/span><\/h3>\n

    We are looking to hire a responsible and active person at Aalto Studios\u2019 Fab Lab.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Aalto Fab Lab is workshop where people can fabricate items digitally, by transforming bits into atoms. Fab Lab\u2019s services can be used by anyone in the Aalto-community, but also outside partners are welcome to use it. Fab Lab also organizes events, produce AV-services and is active in the international community of AV-professionals.<\/p>\n

    Fab Lab assistant\u2019s tasks include guiding users of the workshop, maintaining machinery and facilities, and a variety of other assistant task. The employee will interact with students and staff daily. Due to our international environment, fluency in written and spoken English is a necessity.<\/p>\n
