at least two people must be present if technical staff is not available.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Technical staff needs to be present at the studio during every production\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Long working hours must be sorted out in advance\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Working hours must be sorted out and agreed to with studio staff in advance\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must have house permission in advance to have more than 60 people in the studio\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>makeup room must be booked separately?\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fire &amp; Safety regulations<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Emergency Contacts<\/strong>: Keep contact numbers accessible and familiarize yourself with the rescue plan available at <a href=\"https:\/\/aalto.pelsu.fi\/Vare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OTK5L Rescue Plan<\/a>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exits<\/strong>: Keep all exits clear. Do not obstruct them with sets or equipment.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirm the air conditioning schedule and necessary disconnections with maintenance in advance if using smoke machines.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide the exact Time schedule, well in advance, when air conditioning machines should be turned OFF.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fog machine usage must be coordinated with the studio\u2019s safety regulations and staff.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you\u2019re working with fire, candles etc., you must have written permission from house owner Aalto-studios\/ACRE\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Studio is equipped with fire alarms system, shutdown of the fire alarm is done by authorized person\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smoking in the studio is forbidden\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Emergency exits must be kept clear of goods and free to pass through\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Using water, fire, dust and other dirty materials must be sorted out with staff in advance\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rigging and Lifts<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use lifts \/ trusses only after staff instructions\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chain lifts are 250 kg per lift\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All rigging points on the roof are 400 kg per point\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lights must be rigged safely to trusses and clamp screw must be tightened\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Safety wires must be used in every rigging on the trusses \/ roof\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Every light must have safety wire on the lamp \/ truss\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Every light barn door must have its own safety wire on the lamp\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Doors and Keys, Closing protocol<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All doors must be closed\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lights must be switched off.
